Kamiki blended malt whisky is the first whisky brand in the world finished in Japanese cedar casks.
Non-chill filtered at 48% alcohol and blended at its peak flavour, rather than a predetermined ratio. As a result, each batch is unique and limited to stock. A second maturation in Japanese cedar casks imparts a smooth taste, sandalwood aroma and green tea finish, making Kamiki distinctively Japanese.

Ocean fused whisky
World’s first ocean fused whisky finished in pine barrels.
To honor the life-giving ocean and the long-living pine tree that graces the coasts of Japan, Umiki’s Master Blender combined Japanese ocean-side distilled malt whiskies with grain whiskies from abroad, desalinated water from the depths of the Pacific ocean and a final curation in Japanese pine barrels, to produce Umiki blended whisky.

Inspired by the legend, Minoki finished the finest Japanese and Pacific rums in Mizunara – Japanese Oak Casks before filtering through washed ashore and bleached Japanese corals to create a perfectly smooth blend.
